Account deletion

Delete your account here

Enter the e-mail address your Freelove account uses. We send a 6-digit code to that address; entering it confirms the account is yours and deletes it immediately. No password, no subscription purchase and no other app is required.

The same deletion is available in the Android app under Settings → Delete account.

What is deleted, and what is kept

The deletion process removes the active account, profile, albums, messages, connections, notifications, footprints and device registrations. Other people may already have saved content outside Freelove; deletion cannot remove those copies.

A minimal request receipt expires after 30 days and lets us confirm a completed deletion again. Separately, the current server also retains an identifiable record of ordinary deleted accounts, including contact and profile information. Its purpose and deletion deadline remain under review. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage and cancel it separately in the store that bills you.
