Freelove Child Safety Standards

Our standard

Freelove is an adults-only (18+) dating and social service operated by Easynet Kft. Minors may not create or use an account. Our adult-only rule does not reduce our responsibility to prevent and address child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Freelove prohibits CSAE and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Prohibited conduct includes grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sexualising a minor, sextortion, trafficking or soliciting a child for sexual purposes, requesting or arranging sexual contact with a child, and creating, requesting, uploading, storing, sending, selling or otherwise distributing CSAM. The prohibition applies to photos, video, messages, profiles, links and computer-generated or altered material.

Anyone who misrepresents their age, attempts to involve a minor, or uses Freelove for any prohibited conduct may have content removed and their account restricted, suspended or banned.

Report a child-safety concern in Freelove

In the Freelove app: open the member's profile, open More profile options and choose Report. Choose the closest reason — Underage when you believe the member is a minor; for suspected exploitation or material, the closest applicable option such as Inappropriate photos, Inappropriate messages or behaviour, Criminal activity, or Something else — and add enough detail for the safety reviewer. Send the report. You may also use Block to prevent direct private messaging between the two accounts.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. Do not download, copy or forward suspected CSAM in order to report it. Use the in-app report and describe where it appeared.

How we respond

Freelove reviews child-safety reports under a documented escalation process. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE on the service, we take appropriate action under these standards and applicable law. Depending on the facts, action may include restricting access, removing material, suspending or banning accounts, preserving relevant evidence as legally required, and protecting a person in immediate danger.

Freelove reports confirmed CSAM to the legally required national or regional authority and cooperates with valid legal requests. We do not require a reporter to investigate suspected material or expose themselves to it further.
